This position will be responsible developing and executing test scripts under the direction of a UAT Release Lead
- Understand and effectively communicate the new or modified features and functions introduced in assigned releases as defined in Functional Design Documents.
- Effectively communicate all questions to the UAT Release Lead; Respond appropriately.
- Build positive relationships with UAT Release Leads and Team Members. Support UAT Release Lead in the distribution of test responsibilities with Stakeholder Agency UAT test leads and team.
- Support successful release resource capacity and schedule targets.
- Monitor and report individual resource metrics to track productivity and release schedule compliance.
- Prepare and submit weekly status reports.
- Support UAT Automation Test Lead for appropriate automation of new test scripts/scenarios.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts. Participate in regular meetings to triage defect resolution, coordinate and track retesting activities, and ensure schedule and quality compliance.
- Support testing across (Eligibility & Enrollment, Call Center, Document Management, Automated Functions (BOTS)
