This position will be responsible for all aspects of leading the UAT Automation Test effort for four or more major releases per year.
- Understand and effectively communicate strategic priorities and goals of an effective Automation Test Strategy.
- Build positive relationships with vendor partners, UAT Release Leads, and UAT teams to effectively identify and automate test scripts.
- Collaborate with Stakeholder Agency UAT Test Leads, leadership, and vendors to coordinate test strategy and priorities
- Plan release resource capacity and schedules with the UAT Release Lead to load test data.
- Plan and schedule automated script execution for each release in collaboration with the UAT Release Lead.
- Define, monitor, and report resource and release metrics to track productivity and compliance with release schedules. Monitor Quality Gate checklists (Design, System Test, Deployment).
- Oversee access provisioning to ensure successful test preparation.
- Lead the Automation Test Team: conduct meetings, triage defects, coordinate retesting, and manage workload.
- Coordinate automated testing across all OB systems (Eligibility & Enrollment, Call Center, Document Management, Bots).
- Serve as backup for the Release Test Lead as needed
